These are the instructions to fix your kitchen faucet that is leaking water from the neck that you need to follow.

But, before that you need to acquire these tools and equipment in order to do the fixing.

• Adjustable Wrench
• O-Ring of Kitchen Faucet

After you provide that tool and equipment it is time to rock and roll.

1. Turn off the faucet supply water for both cold and hot water
2. Grab your adjustable Wrench
3. Use the adjustable wrench to disconnect the faucet neck from the base by grab the faucet neck using the adjustable wrench claw and twist it clockwise 
4. After that, you'll see the O-Ring that looks broken, now you need to replace that broken O-Ring with the new one
5. To replace the broken O-Ring with the new one, you just need to pull off the broken O-Ring using your finger and place the brand new O-Ring also using your finger. And you need to be careful when installing the new O-Ring make sure you don't damage or stretch the new O-Ring otherwise it will failed to stop water from leaking through the neck
6. After the new O-Ring is installed, you need to place back the faucet neck on the base and tighten it using the adjustable wrench and make sure you not tighten it too much, or you can just using bare hand to tighten it
7. Last, Turn on the faucet supply water for both cold and hot water
